Payment

Deposit

The Flower Wall Co require a deposit of $200 which should be paid via direct debit, cash or PayPal (Please note 3% surcharge applies on PayPal transactions). The deposit is also non-refundable if you are to cancel for any reason.

$200 Bond TO BE PAID ONE WEEK PRIOR TO EVENT and will be returned to you when we pick up the flower wall.

Terms and Conditions

  1. YOUR BOOKING WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED UNTIL THE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN PAID.
  2. A DEPOSIT OF $200 WILL NEED TO BE PAID WITH TO CONFIRM THIS BOOKING.
  3. THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
  4. FULL PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
  5. BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED IF FULL PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
  6. A $200 BOND WILL BE REQUIRED ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
  7. BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED IF BOND IS NOT RECEIVED ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
  8. BOND WILL BE RETURNED POST PICK UP AND INSPECTION OF WALL. GIVEN NO DAMAGES HAVE OCCURRED TO THE FLOWER WALL CO PROPERTY.
  9. DELIVERY COST IS $50 WITHIN 50KM OF MINTO NSW 2566.
  10. DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE 50KM RADIUS OF MINTO NSW 2566 WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL $1 PER KM.
  11. AN ADDITIONAL $50 SURCHARGE APPLIES TO DROP OFF BEFORE 9:00AM OR PICK UP AFTER 12:00PM
  12. THE HIRER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE EQUIPMENT FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER EXCEPT LOSS OR DAMAGE WHICH IS CAUSED BY REASONABLE WEAR AND TEAR.
  13. IT IS AGREED THAT UPON THE COMPLETION OF THE HIRE PERIOD, ANY REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR COST OF THE EQUIPMENT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE BOND OR PAID IN FULL. WHICHEVER IS MOST SUITED TO COVER THE COST.
  14. THE FLOWER WALL IS NOT TO BE MOVED ONCE IT HAS BEEN SET UP, IF IT IS MOVED WITHOUT THE FLOWER WALL CO’S PERMISSION YOU WILL LOSE YOUR BOND
  15. THE FLOWER WALL CO WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT OCCUR TO ANY PROPERTY OR PERSONS DURING THE EVENT.
  16. THE FLOWER WALL CO SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CIRCUMSTANCES THAT MAY PREVENT US FROM ATTENDING YOUR EVENT; THESE MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS, TRAFFIC DELAYS, BREAKDOWN OF OUR VEHICLES, SICKNESS OR EQUIPMENT FAILURE.
